TRACKS
This is a place where convenience is fully integrated—bringing together access, mobility, dining, and relaxation all in one location. It features a TOHO Cinemas, work-friendly lounge spaces, and a well-stocked supermarket that supports everyday life. There is even an urban-style spa for unwinding. And of course, for accommodation, there’s the Hotel Metropolitan. Altogether, it offers a space where you can relax at your own pace, with experiences tailored to your preferences.

Oimachi Station served by three rail lines
Looking out into the distance from the terrace, you can see the Tokyu Oimachi Line running by. The direct ticket gate connecting JR Keihin-Tohoku Line Oimachi Station to TRACKS is designed in a charming color scheme. The Rinkai Line also passes through here.

A food lover’s paradise
There’s an abundance of dining options to choose from. In addition to the usual sushi, ramen, and izakaya, you’ll find a shop serving freshly made rice balls, and right next to a restaurant known for its delicious hamburg steaks, there’s a butcher where you can buy fresh meat directly. You can even enjoy a BBQ on the spot with what you’ve just purchased. It’s a place where you can dine according to your mood and appetite of the day.

Lawn Plaza
It’s incredibly spacious. You can grab some rice balls and enjoy a picnic on the grass under the open sky, or lie back and relax after a meal at one of the restaurants. There’s even a Starbucks overlooking the lawn, with seating areas where you can unwind together with your dog.

Rail Yard
A JR train depot stretches out below you. The site currently under construction next to TRACKS is said to be the new Shinagawa City Office building.

Foodie’s Delight!
After introducing all the highlights of TRACKS, the final recommendation from this food lover is, surprisingly, the old-school side of Oimachi. The Chinese restaurant “Karin” serves absolutely delicious dishes—and the prices are very reasonable.
Foodie, satisfied!
